I've seen so much terrible plastic surgery over the years -- particularly girls with great natural tits that got terrible implants -- but I thought it would be interesting to approach the issue from the opposite direction -- what are the best examples of girls that made surgery work for them? Girls that "upgraded" themselves from head to toe by going to the right surgeons and making smart choices about what look they're going for.
One example I give a thumbs-up to is Melissa Lauren, who got both implants and a nose-job. I didn't think she needed either one, but both of them were well done.
