I looked at portraits of Gianna Michaels and it looks like the nose visible in the gif matches Gianna's nose rather well. If so nice catch! I will keep the post open a tiny bit more for confirmation but thanks a lot already for this quick (and possibly accurate) answer.

I've seen this gif which is tagged "Gianna Michaels" and which seems to be extracted from the same scene:
