"Rear-boob" -- her boobs are big/round enough that you can see at least a little bit of them from the back.

"Pencil test" -- an old test for whether a girl needs a bra, where she pulls up her breast, puts a pencil across the crease at the bottom, lets her breast drop back down, and lets go of the pencil -- if her breast is saggy enough to hold the pencil in the crease at the bottom of her breast, she's "failed the pencil test" and needs to wear a bra, but if the pencil drops to the floor because her breast was too perky to hold the pencil, she's "passed the pencil test".

So, it would be a very rare combo for a girl's tits to be big enough to have visible rear-boob, while at the same time having too little sag to hold a pencil.
