They won a contract on a Pop Idol show for girl and boy bands. Both the winning finished groups were shite. but to answer your question they can all sing great individually but you know whats its like in the industry its all miming and lip syncing now and studio tweaks.

To be honest one of them is a really good singer - Nadine Coyle the one in post 4. She does all the lead singing parts. The rest of them are there to look good which makes you wonder why the ginger haired one is there.

As for looks I'd go for either Nadine or Kimberely.
