Is there a limit to:
a) # of ladies per trade
b) # of trades per season
c) # of add/drops per half a season (rules say you can add one per week, so i assume no limit?)

During the regular season, you can trade as many babes as you want to. No trades during playoffs!
As many trades as you want per season.
One add/drop per week (as you assume no further limitations).

No adds/drops or trades until week 1 begins, which is in about seven hours (they will be effective for week 2).

The College Warriors - yes, the expansion team... - would like to drop Arwen Gold, and add Staci Carr to take the place of Veronica Rodriguez in the starting lineup.

I think it would be fair to let all changes (adds/drops/lineup changes) within 24 hours after the results have been posted be effective for the next match.
This way we can wait for the results, analyze them and change our team. Results will be posted on the morning of every Tuesday Coordinated Universal Time and all changes made within 24 hours are effective immediately.

For today this means you still have about 8 and a half hours to make changes for the next match!
