I recently posted a topic about Married with ********. And this is also my final writing about old series. I just wanted to know what your thaughts were about the Futurama series.
Although a cartoon, I thaught it to be very funny and it was animated in a cool way. The attention to details was just awesome. And you had to watch every epsiode twice to see some hidden funny things in the background.
Clearly Matt Groening copied the Simpsons style and altered it a little bit, but that didn't make it anything less. What did make it less was that Futurama's characters weren't as great as those of the Simpsons.
Unlike Married w...I didn't mind the series got canceled. The later years episodes got weaker and weaker and from a certain moment on Fry, Leela and Bender were the only ones important enough to give attention.
