Probably not : french justice is very slow, the vtrial will probably not happen before a year. And even then, he may appeal and even get to Court of Cassation afterwards. So he may be not even have entered jail by 2014...

Interesting point. A similar case is happening here with ex-football (American) player Lawrence Taylor. In his case they mention that whether or not he knew she was a minor does not matter.
