Babe Sections - Premium Link Upgrade

• made improvements to a babe's rank graph
• new content for followed babes only shows the last 31 days (it does not store forever)

• number of comments can now be seen on video comment tab

Photo Section - Premium Link Upgrade

• number of comments can now be seen on photos comment tab

The following is a list of features/fixes that are currently being worked on in Week 8:

• finishing the internal logic for FreeOnes premium accounts
• finishing the dead link checker tool - will be able to pull off dead links from the site in the near future
• finishing getting babe new content notifications in bell in the page header
