Sounds like the guy was wondering why he was being bothered by a cop?(mistaken identity perhaps ?)
Or was he confirmed to be the actual suspect? Glad he is off the force anyways. Maybe he'll become a Fisherman:1orglaugh

Seems to be more dangerous being a potential "suspect' these days than actually being a cop:dunno:

I wouldn't doubt if there are more 'suspect'/'questionable' or unjustified shootings perpertrated by cops than the actual number of cops killed each year. I may be wrong ,but I will look it up.

Hmmm.... so do you think that justice was served in this case, with him being cleared? Seems entirely possible that the officer could've lied - even under oath - about if/how much he actually felt his life was in danger. Or not. At this point, we'll probably never know.

I'll be honest, I read very little of the article I posted - just sorta skimmed it. It said "officer cleared in shooting" and it seemed like the sort of article you might say that I would never have the guts (or whatever) to link to here, so I posted it just for the heck of it...

So, there, I posted a link that shows that not all cops are bad - well, sorta.

For my next one, I'll post something about cops buying an ice cream for a little girl. Something heartwarming.

Well, without knowing all of the details involved, it's hard to tell if justice was served or not. But, from going off of what I know...I think he got off lucky. Then again, I don't know exactly what happened when the shooting occured.

Either way, he has proven himself to be a problem, which was stated in previous conversations between his superiors.
