legal stuff: a court upheld the motion by another French actress called Katsumi to ***** the pornographic star to renounce her name (Katsumi = cat soumis = submissive cat); the other madame Katsumi argued that this was her real (if I remember correctly) name, and that in any case, she wore it first.
A first, Katsumi the XXX actress refused to comply, until the court slapped a hefty fine on her for every day she went one using that name (20.000 euro, something like that)
