Does anyone here play this game?

Im looking for a few pointers in the right directions , like how you stop your team from being complacent against weaker teams and general stuff like that , Iv been on other forums but there just full of shit and your looking through hundreds of crap before you get anything useful

yeah, i'm playing it too. i usually play with juventus, but to gain england experince i'm managing leeds united nowadays.

Hello , Im Aberdeen just now in Scotland & I keep drawing and getting beat of teams that are a lot worse than me yet I do well in Europe and beat Rangers and Celtic most times but put me up against Falkirk , St Johnstone and other teams like that Im always losing points , its cost me the league in the last four seasons

So any Ideas what I should be looking for in a player to combat complacency?

Its that bad I can nearly predict the score in most games against the smaller teams , Iv tried different tactics , so I reckon it must be my squad but I transfered most of my players and got new ones but it took me at least 7 seasons to get rid of my old team

I'm more of a championship manager kinda guy. . . But finding young cheap talent usually helps, and counter attacking football

champ manager for me, too.
I think it's always a shame when a game mechanic pokes through and spoils the illusion of the game word, so shame on fm2010..

I have both Championship manager 2010 and FM 2010 but have been playing FM a lot more as i have used up my limited installs of Championship manager and can't be bothered to request a extra install yet..

In FM 2010 i took my favourite club Hibernian FC into 3rd place in the SPL gaining a europa league place during my first season and did the same for the next two and then finally in my fourth season i beat rangers to 2nd place where the champions league awaited although i crashed out of that after winning my first match on away goals but getting beat in the play-off. Sadly after one more season where i finished 3rd it would be my last full season with them as i got sacked due to me sitting 3rd from bottom during December/January.

Not loaded up my save in a few weeks since i have no club to manage but will start playing again soon.

Jonas Lunden also, I used to adore this game, I still play FM 2010 now - 2011 is too difficult IMO
