In January 2023 it will be the 30th time a pornstar will receive this award (The AVN Awards were created in 1984 but this particular award wasn't created before 1993. To commemorate these 30 years, I wanted to crown the "Female Performer of the last 30 Years". Unfortunately I can't put all the girls in one single poll so I decided to go with 3 polls, 1 for each decade (1993 - 2002, 2003 - 2012 and 2013 - 2022) and one last poll with the winners of each decade.In each of these 3 polls, 2 girls would qualify for the final.
