I'm a chef and I'm in the process of building my own personal recipe database for possible usage in future restaurants. One thing that has always interested me is breakfast food. Most "fine dining" establishments don't even bother serving breakfast, but I plan on breaking that mold someday.
My goal is to eventually open a "fine dining" restaurant that serves high class variations of breakfast favorites during the morning hours.
