It's half way though July already! Time flies when you're having fun, and we're having loads of fun over here in the FreeOnes office! Actually, new site launches are the worst things to go through but we're hoping that all of the pressure and stress will be well worth it!
The launch of the brand new FreeOnes (currently known as BETA FreeOnes at http://www.freeones.la) is planned to take place the very last week of August. We're not sure what date we're going to make the change at, but it will be at the beginning of the week so we have the rest of the week to work on any issues that may arise. We're of course going to try to bat for 100 and go for no interruptions or major hiccups!
We've done quite a lot, but I'd like to talk about 2 major updates that we've done! The Explore Page and What's New! Keep reading and learn how to earn up to 100 credits!
Explore Page
Currently, we have the Explore Page set as the site's home page. The actual home page should be up around the end of this month, but we thought this was a lot more fun to land on when you go to http://www.freeones.la than the babes index page.
This is kind of the "advance search" of FreeOnes where you can come and plug things into the filter and find just about anything and everything that exists on the site. Keep in mind we haven't started working on an indepth tagging system yet so you won't be able to easily find niches, certain attributes, or things like VR videos quite yet. It's all coming but there's only so much time in the day.
Please visit www.freeones.la and let me know how you like the explore page by filling out this little form! Leave your myFreeOnes username at the end of the form and earn 50 credits! Fill out questions here.
What's New Page
Another page that we've gotten up and running is the "What's New Page". You'll be able to see all the new updates as they're being released.
We just launched the page so there's still some work that needs to be done on it. Such as when content is released to it. Our goal is to have new updates coming out every hour of the day so everytime you come back, there's something new for you to take a look at!
We are working on getting thumbnail images onto the links. However, it's a little harder right now because links are created in the current freeones.com management system and then synced to the new site. We don't have thumbnails for links on the current FreeOnes, so we're making thumbnails on the new site after the links already show up.
If anyone out there is a complete masochist, has nothing better to do with their time and wants to help their OCD by adding thumbnails to links for credits... hit me up and I'll hook you up.
