I heard this statement quite a lot. I'm curious if this is true or not. I read that people from america mentioned how when they go on trips to europe, they notice that european women there all tend to take care of their looks. They mention how even those who are not necessarily poor... they still make themselves look good in public and always dress and look natural. They mentioned how compare this with women in america where many of them dress like tomboys or dress like they don't give a damn when they go out. Obviously this isn't majority since many women take care of their looks but this guy mentioned how you rarely see women like this in europe.
I'm curious but is this true or false? Its not just him but many other ppl i read mention how so many american women dress like pigs.... ouch that was a bad word to use but many say this compared to european women.
