Generally, the mods don't like specifics to be discussed regarding bannings of members. Besides that, I never seem to be around when it happens, I just notice the "******" label under someone's name one day and think "wtf?" but it doesn't pay to ask questions.

A lot of it happened behind the scenes and wasn't so much played out on the actual board as it was in private messages and IMs. There are little tidbits here and there and a few threads asking why some people were ******. You'll not get the full story from threads, though (and I'm not sure if anyone will even know the full story).
