Ok instead of 1 line "Tweets" , tell us what does indicate foul play? I saw nothing. Did you? A few heart attacks and one drowned in the ocean. What am I missing?

She died a week after she returned to the US. And she looked to be at least 65 years old.
A few had heart attacks.
One guy drowned in the ocean.
Most of these people were older.

So are there autopsy results showing anything indicating foul play? They don't tell us that which means there are not.
So 10 out of the million or so who visit there have died.
What does it mean?

If they are US citizens then their bodies would be returned to the UsA. I'm sure considering this is now international news that they would do autopsies on the deceased.

Either somebody is poisoning only Americans there or .0001% of Americans who visit there are dying while there or after they get back.
