On November 19, 2008 eHarmony announced the launch a new Web site which caters to same-sex singles as part of a discrimination settlement with New Jersey's Civil Rights Division. The settlement is the result of a 2005 complaint filed by New Jersey resident Eric McKinley. Neither company founder Neil Clark Warren nor the company acknowledged any liability. Under the settlement, eHarmony will pay New Jersey state division $50,000 to cover administrative costs and will pay McKinley $5,000. The lauch of the new site called Compatible Partners is set for March 31. Initially the site will be free. The first 10,000 users who register within a year of its launch will pay no fees. After that, pricing for the new site will be raised to be equal to that of eHarmony.

Great right?
how about a lawsuit against catholicsingles.com for not allowing gays.
a lawsuit against jewishsingles.com for not allowing christians.
***** hooters to have waiters wearing g-strings.
the boy scouts to have girls and girl scouts to have boys.
womens vollyball to allow men to play.
you get the point.
All this ****** diversity bullshit is just that bullshit.
when you ***** diversity you then don't have diversity, you have ****** selectiveness.
Eharmony I believe is a privatly owned business, why should anyone be allowed to tell them who they decide to do business with.
Plus there is probably 1000+ gay dating sites, why sue?
