EDIT: Uploaded Videos?

1) I keep getting this Edit
2) Please help I have no idea what this means.
3) I've never uploaded any videos only posted a link to a page that has video clips available. How is posting a URL not allowed? I'm confused.
4) I tried reading the "STICKY" but after mulling over a few I couldn't find this addressed (relatively new here) and not sure exactly which sticky is being referred to here.
