I think the issue is overblown (no pun) when you consider the number of people who have something to drink or get high before or after sex in general.
The assumption that these women somehow need to be induced or induce themselves or are otherwise addicts to perform a scene just because they may be under some influence during a scene is pretty childish and ignorant when many in the general population gets just as high or drunk.

2. Most people that take drugs don't take them right before they perform their jobs. In mainstream work, although it happens, it's rare for a person to go to work baked, and even then they usually don't last long before they're fired.
Well, the implication seems drug use/abuse is why they do porn. I don't believe that is true in most cases. To the extent there is drug use it is probably no different from the habits of the average, recreational user.
You'd have to admit the nature of porn is a little different from a 9-5 bank teller job. The nature of their job generally requires a mood. If some are inclined to do drugs recreationally they likely find that mood in recreational drink or drugs prior to performing or just in general. Not much different from a person who does recreational drugs or drink in general and engages in it before sex
