Dreams You Remember After Waking Up

Talk about the sick, twisted, crazy, funny dreams you remember having. And if something in your real life happened that you think made you have the dream, tell us about that too.

I'll go first...

I had a dream last night that I was sitting on the couch and this mob guy came knocking on my door. Normally I have a curtain over the door, but it had fallen and he saw me sitting there. I got up real quick and ran past the dining room into the hallway where he couldn't see me. He kept knocking and was yelling at me to open the door. I said no, but he didn't give up. Then I saw two guys through my dining room window going into my backyard so I ran to the back door and made sure it was locked... which it was. On my way back, I froze in the dining room cause the guy that was knocking on the door was in there and his side-kick guy was sitting on my couch in the living room. The main guy cornered me in my dining room and apparently my boyfriend borrowed money from him the night before and hadn't payed him back yet. I tried telling him that my boyfriend wasn't home yet, but that he DID have his money and he'd get it as soon as he got home. But he didn't care about what I had to say and he pulled out this huge kitchen knife. I was really scared and kept trying to tell him that my boyfriend had the money, but he ended up coming over to me and he held me down and cut my eyeball in half! It stayed in my eye socket though and I could still see out of it, but it hurt really bad and I had fuzzy vision. After they left someone was in the living room with me and I was telling them about what happened when I found a phone on the floor that belonged to the side-kick mob guy. I was scared to look through it cause I didn't want him to know, but I decided to do it anyways. But his phone was really high tech or something and every time I clicked the screen, a new window would pop-up. I finally figured out how to close all the windows and I set the phone down. That's all I remember...

I think I had the dream cause right before bed I was watching Limitless and I fell asleep right after the part where he borrows $100K from some guy and the guy said he would cut him if he didn't pay them back.

Anyways, your turn...

I used to have a recurring dream I was walking through my high school hallways. I don't know. It's always been sort of vague. I think it's because of some negative shit that happened there. I did get into a fist fight one time in the hallway (I messed dude up) but there were a few older upperclassmen that messed with me a couple times.

Otherwise I never had a problem there and was always cool with everyone (jocks, stoners, wanna be's, the brothers and the Asians) because I was athletic and had my older sister who was about as popular as anyone else.

The most real dream I ever had I woke up and thought it had happened. I actually won $2.7 million dollars (can't remember how) and swore it happened when I woke up. Also vague details in that one but I have had serious deja vu before and I think that might happen some day. I'm dead serious.

It's either wet dreams or traumatizing ones. One dream is of me and the girl of my dreams in the pool while another is one where I'm trapped in an elevator with a bunch of headless people. It wasn't the headless people but rather the small crammed space since I'm claustrophobic. I always take the stairs, even if I'm going to the 20th floor.

I do at times. I usually remember a dream that I had the previous night as I'm getting in bed at night.

I had a great dream. Dreamed I was incredibly wealthy and bullet proof. I woke up feeling kind of let down that I didn't have all the money I dreamed about.
I didn't want to test the bullet proof part.

I remember all my dreams. And I have often have multiple ones a night, and I have them every night. I reflect on how dumb they were as I am taking my morning piss.

There was a long period of time in my life when I remembered several interesting and varied dreams per night. I wrote them down a lot and even drew some sketches so that I could remember them afterwards. The largest amount of dreams I remember having in one night was seven. Nowadays I almost never remember my dreams and the ones I do remember are pretty fucking boring. Sexual dreams have always been very rare... of course, they're usually pretty damn good when they occur. I tried to learn lucid dreaming for some time to have more dreams about flying and sex and it didn't work for me. I have had one lucid dream in my life that I know for sure and that's it.

Fucking irritating really. My dreams used to be much more interesting than this shitty reality.

An example of a boring and stupid dream: I was near a house that had a rain gutter at the edge of the roof. Pigeons were flying above me and landing on the roof and the rain gutter. I somehow rose up just below the rain gutter, slammed my hand down there and thus killed one of the pigeons. That was it.

I was a manager of a restaurant while I was paying my way through college. Every couple weeks or so I'll have a dream that I'm working there again. I don't get it. I'll also dream that I'm still dating my ex-girlfriend. I'm not sure what that says about my current girlfriend, but she would be very angry if I told her about it. She holds me responsible for my behavior in her dreams. Figure that one out. She would be very upset to learn that I'm dreaming of another woman.

Last night I had a dream that I had an $1,800 bill from Pizza Hut. They delivered food to my house and that was the charge. I must have been hungry. I don't even know how you spend that much money at Pizza Hut, but I put it all on my debit card. There were also about eight other people at my house, and they didn't help me pay for any of it. I guess I have shitty friends...

The very first dream that I ever remember having was when I was still sleeping in a crib and I was at my grandma's house because she used to babysit me while my mom was at work. In the dream I was in the crib and I climbed out and right as I was about to leave the bedroom my grandma's closet door swung open and one of her shirts came flying out and wrapped around me. Everything went black and then I woke up.

After I had my kidney removed in 2008, the medicine they gave me had vivid dreams as a side effect. I'd sleep walk, which I'd never done before. I'd lay in bed and wake up to find myself moving my arms around, reaching for doorknobs that weren't there, stuff like that.

The most vivid one I had was the most terrible dream and it made me stop taking the medication. I dreamed that my entire family and friends of the family were in a group on a dock in Maryland or Delaware. My sister was on the end of one of the docks and my step-dad approached from within the group with a jar full of at least 15 knives. He went up to her and just started stabbing the shit out of her. She was screaming and crying, and instead of killing her, he left her there to suffer and walked away. Not a single person in the group moved or said anything to try to stop him, not even my mom. I was screaming and crying, it was the most terrible feeling of helplessness, despair and anger I had ever experienced. I woke myself up actually screaming and crying. I thought it was real. I couldn't go back to sleep after that.

Creepy... I had a creepy dream like that once when I was on acid. It was a really bad trip, so me and my boyfriend decided to lay down in bed and try to sleep it off. I'm not gonna go into all the details, cause it was pretty crazy, but I ended up sleep walking, taking off all my clothes, trying to climb through the walls (cause I could do that in my dream), I was spinning in circles and puking with my head up in the air (in my dream as I spun in circles one way I was going back in time and if I spun the other way I was going forward in time and dying). And during it all I was figuring out the meaning of life or something (I remember it had to do with lyrics in Tool and something with the ancient Egyptians lol) and after about an hour and a half when I finally woke up, I remember saying "I have it all figured out". And then I was back in my normal mind and I couldn't figure out what had just happened or what exactly I had figured out. It was really creepy. My boyfriend was actually about to call the ambulance... thank god he didn't. That was the last time I fucked with acid or shrooms haha.

I can never remember my dreams. Although I will try to recollect the dream as soon as I wake up, I just get images that I try to piece together that don't make sense.

I tried to sleep on shrooms once and I had a bad experience. Had to get out of there and just start vigorously walking my block (and I think I drank some booze, which eased the experience). That was a crazy night.

The one time that I did shrooms my boyfriend and I went outside to sit in the car for some reason and all of a sudden all the lights (street lights, apartment lights, the walmart and car dealership lights across the street) all went out for like 20 seconds and then back on. lol It was sooo weird.... but it was a really windy day, so it's not like we both imagined it or something

Actually, that's exactly right. I'm pricing properties in Ontario now.

Hahahaha, well, it's better than Manitoba and sure as shit beats that thing that PT2 lives in called Saskatchewan. Actually, Ontario might be the best Provence, only missing out on an ocean view. Still on the biggest freshwater lake on the planet, and everyone there wishes they from my state. :elaugh: Thunder Bay is shit (I hear, since I haven't been back since I was pre-pubescent) but I will seriously consider getting the fuck out of here to there if the stars align.
