Downloading from RealityPassPlus?

I have a relaitypassplus account, and I cant download any of the videos from the site. My internet connection fades in and out at times, and I'd like to have some videos from the site on my harddrive. I tried to use a streaming ripper, but they use some sort of playlist function, so I was unable to get it to work. Has anyone figured out a way to bypass this? Thanks for your help
