Does anyone browse the web without ad-block?

I have been blocking ads since the early 2000's, today I used a browser without any form of ad-block: Holy ****! The internet has gone to hell, ads every where.

Now I am not a total dick, I know sites receive revenue from ads, so I don't have strict filtering, and let a few through. Almost never click on them though.
