My Penis Is Dancing!
I think of myself as a rather good cook. I cook a lot of Italian, along with some Spanish, Chinese and various other mish mashes.
Meanwhile, i do not follow recipes. I basically put in what I feel will fit my own taste buds at the moment and cook away.

Yes indeed I do and I dare say that I make the best Texas barbecue you've ever tasted. Ribs, chicken, brisket, burgers, dogs....done to perfection in my secret sauce recipe that I could give to everyone here but then I would have to kill y'all....and I sure don't want to do that so it will remain my secret. We grill a lot here in the Jagger household....a family tradition. :D

Moving to a trailer in Fife, AL.
Since I don't like to eat my steak and chicken raw, I have to cook them. Beats dying.

I've actually worked as a chef in several cities. I just love cooking, and I do it for fairly big groups in my home weekly.

I'm very good with meats and fish, which I learned from an Italian master with whom I worked. I also do very well with desserts, Crème brûlée being a particular speciality of mine.

But Pasta is what I do best. I hand make my own pasta. A trick I particularly like is to make a nice linguine, and paint it with squid ink. Best sea-salt available.

wOOt. I love cooking.

Yes, but I am not very good at it. I need more practice I guess.

I do, I just wish I knew more recipes by heart....I honestly don't know many.....give me a recipe and I can usually have it turn out alright. Fun either way though.

i dont mind cooking, its the dishes after that I hate, which inturn makes me just not want to cook at all

I'm watching some specialist videos
I enjoy cooking when I have a decent amount of time, but normally have to cook everyday anyway - it's just a bit of pain cooking as soon as you get home from work.
Chicken is my favourite ingredient, but as for style, Far east (Chinese, Thai, Japanese), Indian (curries). Italian - I do a mean pasta tomato sauce (quick and easy but very tasty) macaroni cheese and pizza. Pretty eclectic tastes on the whole and I like to bake bread as well.

YES ! But I have to have the time + good tools.

Good cooks should rule the world !:D:hatsoff:

I'm pretty indifferent to it really. I neither like nor hate the process of preparing something to eat. I just do it out of necessity, like the ironing or wiping my ass.

I do enjoy watching others cook though, I find it relaxing for some reason.
