I've seen some IR scenes where that aspect ( that it's IR) is played up, but I think your conclusion that's it's "degrading" or that the women are "more objectified" is debatable. I think all they're doing is just playing on the "taboo" aspect that's been mentioned here before, nothing more. At least that's what I'd say based on what I've seen.
