Very rarely have I just sat through the whole thing and I know exactly what you're talking about bj's, gagging and deep throating and those sick noises are a turn off to me too. So I generally skip through those types of things that I'm not into and find the stuff that I like sexually.

Other than that it really depends on the scene. Some scenes I just like for one small part of it. It can be a specific position or because of the performance. But pretty much always will there be parts of scenes that I don't really care to watch and which I skip.
