actually that's a common misconception but its been proven they ran one of those high end garden hoses and over-filled the gulf. coincidentally that was same month Beaudreaux Thibodeaux receved a 4 trillion dollar water bill from SWBNO. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!!!!

Be honest Dirk. The real story is you took a massive crap which blocked not only your toilet but the whole sewage system of New Orleans causing water to overflow from every possible location

I don't mean to be a spoiler here, but don't count on it the way gas prices are going. . . in fact, the ever increasing gas prices will likely wipe out any possibility of there ever being an economic recovery , IMO.
