Yes, some of the video content is duplicated. Especially for the later scenes. Earlier scenes no. They aren't duplicated. But on the duplicated videos, they have separate and different pictures in most of their galleries. Pictures taken at different angles and from different perspectives. They also took out an Audrey Bitoni Flexible Positions movie and replaced it with a totally different movie. (I've never seen this happen before in all my years of watching porn at paysites.)

That is because content from both sites runs off the same server.
Porn Pros is their very first main base site and requires a u/n and p/w. The owners started moving content over and were thinking of closing down the Porn Pros site, however they stopped and decided to keep both as viable billable websites. If you wanted to look at a video from Freaks of Boobs, for example, you can't get in through Passion HD, or Pure Mature for that matter. You have to go in through Porn Pros.
The second main base site is Pure Mature. It also requires a separate u/n and p/w. The owners at one time, not sure if it is being honored today, allowed anyone who had a u/n and p/w at Pure Mature to have access to Passion HD, Fantasy HD, Casting Couch X, POVD, Holed, Lubed, Tiny4k, Exotic4k, and My Very First Time.
Yes, they still allow it. I just tried it. My login credentials for Pure Mature work at Passion HD.
If you have access to Pure Mature, when you login, whatever you do. Do not act on the big ad appearing ...
You should already have access to to these sites. If you unlock this, it becomes an additional $119.95 yearly charge in addition to the Pure Mature and Porn Pros monthly $29.95 scripts that you are already paying. Getting Segpay to remove the charge is easy. You just have to have the transaction ID and purchase order when chatting with the billing representative. They should be able to refund the $119.95 charge. When Segpay first started, that wasn't the case. They are much better now.
