Impeachment is a political tool, not a legal one. The high crime or misdemeanor must be committed while the president is in office. That is why they are trying to stick him with an obstruction charge for firing Comey. The American people have the ultimate say so in impeachment. I’m hoping that they send a clear message in November that they will not stand for this bullshit. We’ll see.
