Definition of downloadable content

"Content" can be in all sorts of forms, I don´t see why they would treat illegally obtained images any different than illegally obtained videos.

Just out of curiosity and loosely based on the the article below is saving images to ones desktop or hard drive etc... considered "downloading". I understand films or videos is but presumably images are to be treated the same?

It's kind of like being in the grocery store. Just because you can pick something up, doesn't mean you don't have to pay for it.
 
Cheers for the input guys, just wondering then is all the content on this site paid for maybe there are special arrangements made with studios etc.. Perhaps I'm being naive here but I'm interested to know how the business model works.
 
Only material that is approved by copyright holders is allowed on Freeones. You will only find access to promotional material which the copyright holders have allowed in order to promote thier product.

All I have to say is thank god I dont live in Germany!! Im mean, this just makes me laugh. Publishing names of people who are suspected of downloading pirated content?
