Decent search engine for sets/galleries?

Hi there,

Up until now I used to use asktiava.com for my "specialty" searches.

It was quite sophisticated:
- It knew how to stem words (for example: lesbian/lesbians or lick/licking/licked would get the same results).
- It recognized exact phrases and excluded words (for example: "point of view" -gay -blowjob).
- It showed results with big thumbs and allowed up to 100 results per page.
- It had a "suggestions" feature, like Google.
- It allowed searching for picture galleries, video of both

And most importantly, it used to find many relevant results!

Unfortunately, they changed it and now it's completely sucks. All the power and flexibility is gone and the results are terrible.

Can anyone recommend another search engine comparable to the above?

I was actually searching for a set on an ID thread here at FreeOnes when they changed over. I had thought at the time their site had crashed or something. It's too bad if they aren't still touching it up, for the search parameters and database were pretty exceptional back when, although I had noticed much of their material was becoming out-dated.

Funny thing is that they did the exact same thing with AskJolene a while back.I really don't understand the reason for the change.It seemed totally unnecessary and I don't know who really asked for it.

Truth be told though,Tiava still works fine.

I've looked for other porn search sites but nothing measures up yet.

I checked the "contact us" link and sent them a polite email stating the reason why they were my favourite search engine and why I stopped using them.
Most likely it will do no good, but if enough people do the same (and actually stop using them so their traffic will drop) they may reconsider.

I've looked for other porn search sites but nothing measures up yet.

Please share if you find anything worthy.

Haven't found anything that measures up to the "OLD" Asktiava. The "NEW" asktiava is now one of the WORST porn search engines!

The reason the "OLD" version was so good was because:
1) it was pretty up-to-date with new galleries being added everyday
2) you could type in a pornstar and get decent results.
3) You could type in a site name and get decent results.
4) You could type in an obscure niche sexual turn-on (let's face it, we all have them) and get decent results.
5) Also, you could use the "minus" function to eliminate over-zealous websites, overly abused keywords and generally things that turn you off (very important!).

Sadly I haven't found any other porn search engine that matches up. Surely there must be at least ONE out there!! :dunno: If there is, let us know!

Eveknows, *********, pichunter are all ok but don't really measure up to the required standards.
