I like some of their songs. However, I seem to prefer bands like Project Pitchfork, Das Ich, Covenant, Leatherstrip, Suicide Commando, etc instead. Guess it's because these bands attract an entirely different crowd than Daft Punk does.

I've only heard a bit of their music, but I've enjoyed it. I remember when I visited one of my friends in Europe, she took me to a club where their music was playing, and I thought it just sounded alright. On the plane home, I watched Tron: Legacy (in-flight movies, I don't pick 'em, I just watch 'em) and after enjoying the soundtrack, looked it up to see who'd done it. After that, I went through their catalog with more of an open mind, and I've liked them since.

Homework was their best,then Discovery and "Human After All" kind of summed their 3rd album up.I think if this new album is anywhere near or
better than Discovery,then it'll be a success,but I don't think it'll top Homework.Just because Homework blew everything else out of the water
at the time,and I don't think anybody else has bettered that album since to be honest.

It's not really autotune. There are filter effects. Not all electronic bands use them in every song, but a lot do. Besides, people aren't really going for the lyrics...they're going to dance.
