I am little over weight currently. 173 pounds and want to drop it down to 160-165 pounds. Not sure where I'm going to cut this time. I don't think I can get back down to 150-155 pounds, but there's a reason for this, but that doesn't matter tbh.
Wish me luck guys. This will be my 3rd cut and it's getting easier every time, but I love motivation. I need something better to do with my time right now lolz. Feeling goofy as fuck lately.
This is coming right after I had 8k calories today. Feels good when I carb up like this, plus it has my metabolism at it's highest rate currently. Great for going into a cut.
Going to cut down to a 2,500 - 3,500 calorie diet depending of the needs of the day. Super low calorie intake for this time might be a challenge as I'm used to eating 4k calories or more a day. Yes, I'm a fatass...
Tomorrow will be another carb up day I'm guessing, I don't see myself starving myself when there's a ton of food in front of me. I don't plan on working out due to eating about a billion calories. Probably hit 10k + calories tomorrow including drinks.
