lots of water and then build up till your about to cum, stop fucking or jerking, build it up again but don't blow, keep doing that and when you do blow it should be a nice load.

The intake of specific foods, water above all else, has noticeably increased my volume. To the point where it is substantially consistent shot after shot.

Amino acids
Protein
Folic Acid
Lycopine
Vitamin C


Whenever I'm asked what foods I eat that provide reliable consistency to my "shots", I always list many of the following. I routinely rotate these foods day by day as part of my normal eating, often consuming more of certain ones the day before I plan to share my natural ingredients...;)

Water, Celery, Almonds, Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread, Life Cereal, Red Meats, Oranges, Pink Grapefruit, Hershey Bars with Almonds, Granola, Lettuce, Egg Whites, Sunflower Seeds, Fish, Pineapple, Nuts (in general), Grape Nuts Cereal

I don't offer these foods as "miracle enhancements". But they consistently and noticeably provide the "secret" for me! And they are at least NATURAL ways to promote greater and consistent volume.
