I like some his stand up work. I never really got into his show being it comes on late. Now that I am second shift sometimes I try to watch it but usually have the TV off before he comes on.

LOL, he's hit and miss sometime but alot of the times it's a great laugh before bed.

Tonight he's got Larry King guest starring for Geoffry Peterson (the v o i c e of the robot.)

Always his show is fucking crazy and can be fucking hilarious and sometimes it's tame. It's pretty good tonight so far though

His stand-up acts are hilarious. I used to watch the show on a regular basis, but now that Geoff is pushing all my wrong buttons, I only watch if I find the guest(s) interesting. Of course he couldn't keep that up, but when Geoff had guest voices, that was acutally funny, above all Lauren Graham, she was insane. But regular Geoff is annoying the shit out of me.

So I've gone back to Conan as my regular late night show, Andy Richter is by far the best side kick in that department.

Yeah I remember when he did the guest voices for Geoff, I dunno what was with that but he did it for a couple of weeks or month. Toniught he has Larry King back as guest voice.

Craig's show rocks! I Tivo it every night. ( I work 3rd shift). He gets amazing female celebs as guests.
A recent one was Susan Sarrandon. Amanda Peat (hot as hell),Reese Witherspoon,Emma Stone

Geoff has an up and down effect on me as well. Sometimes..Great. Other times..Meeh

But I defy anyone with a better "Talent Broker" to come forward. On a good night maybe Conan.
Letterman & Leno = Past their prime (by 10 years)
Jimmy Kimmel..who cares (except Sara Silvermann)

The standard Bearer of late night talk shows is STILL Johnny Carson.
a lot of people on this board wern't even born in Carson's hayday.

Just for fun... Try writting a 5-7 min stand up piece EVERY FUCKIN DAY. It's not easy folks

He comes from Springburn in Glasgow and you wouldn't even know it nowadays. His Scottish accent is completely lost. Shame really. Oh well just another fellow Scot of mine that is now a turncoat. Connery being the biggest of the bunch and E-wan McGregor being another and Gerard Butler being yet another. All of whom show none of their Scottishness onscreen. If they did they would stand out from the Americans they were beside due to a different accent but they don't sadly. They are just as ignorant in this as the American producers who want them to use an American accent and not their own.
