Courtney Simpson in "Spirit Magazine"

I was on a southwest flight and was flipping through their "Spirit" Magazine when I saw an advertisement for the Texas Heart Institute. Apparently, they are touting this model as 18 year-old Alyssa Smith who had Cardiomyopathy.

I cannot get over how much this girl looks like Courtney Simpson (aka Grace, aka Cory Heart.)

Can I get a second opinion on this please?
