Country Banner changes

I use the drop down of 'whats new' a lot, and several time a week, the page loads with freeones.au, or another language. this is what I got today. Im in the US, and I say Sunday, not Ahad. below the freeones banner is url www.freeones.com.my and a flag with a crescent moon in the field of blue.

What happens after you hit ctrl + f5? There are some known cache problems with the international domains...usually this takes care of it.

If it doesn't, what time did it happen??
