Alright... why is it that companies and corporations are blaming people for the companies and corporations faults. For instance, I just got a bill that I was told I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY, and I WAS READY TO PAY IT AT THAT TIME (COPAYMENT) and the supervisors and company is telling me it was a miss-communication and that I still have to pay it, even though I was told that I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY IT. I also think it is amazing how they don't keep any records of you calling and that's your fault as well. Any comments?
