Now this is pretty rich. The government, who can't seem to figure out how to do the job they were hired for by the American public, is criticizing airlines for pocketing the taxes that have expired.

Airlines giving everyone a small example of how 'Reaganomics' (Trickle down economics) does not work.

Just because corporations/wealthiest are given tax breaks doesn't mean it will benefit the poor and middle class with jobs or lower prices.

Corporations/individuals only pocket the profits in most instances and the gap between the rich and the poor gets larger.

Time to raise taxes across the board on the wealthiest in this country and close all tax loopholes.

The g'ment can ask sternly but they have no right nor authority to tell a business how to use a tax incentive or cut they gave them.

Of course, if the airlines (in this case) doesn't listen then the g'ment will just get the money out of them by changing codes and regulations....then the industry won't give the current losers in DC money to give them tax breaks, etc.
