Congress eyes law on rental firms’ recalled cars
Sisters Raechel and Jackie Houck were ****** when a car they rented from Enterprise that was part of a safety recall caught fire. Congress is now considering a law requiring rental companies to fix recalled cars immediately before putting them back on the road. NBC’s Tom Costello reports.
