Clubs?

I just got home from another fucking failed club night. I'm not fugly, nor do I dance that crappy. But I still can't seem to understand how to pick up girls in clubs.

The music is too loud to talk to them, and I feel like such a loser just standing there watching everyone else whenever I'm not dancing. When I do dance though, nothing really happens anyway

So to all you FO members out there: how do you act in clubs? Is it even the least idea to try to pick up girls there, or do I just plain suck at it?

Buy them a drink have you tired that? but than again that can fail, when a girl asks me want to buy me a drink I say buy me one first, lets me play the field better I'm in control. Have you tried just asking a girl to dance.

I avoid clubs like the plague. If I'm trying to meet women, I'm looking while in the grocery store or maybe while at lunch somewhere. Clubs are just not worth it in my opinion.

agreed clubs are great if you want a fuck or just want to get used to meeting girls, but for girl friend material stay away. I dated a club girl once it wasn't the best experience she would drop everything just to go to the club all weekend.

Some people say it's the worst way to meet a girl, but it depends on what you're looking for.

For sex? Then the club can be a perfect place to meet a girl. Eventhough most won't admit it, girls go to clubs for the same reasons as guys. Sometime buying a girl a drink can be the best way to break the ice. You said you like to dance so you already have a huge advantage. Just try to focus on that one girl you like and be very outgoing.

Relationship? School for me is where I found the best relationships. :dunno:

Bars. That's what I dig.

Pretty complex issue. There are allot of factors that can't be determined on an internet message board. Type of chicks that go to the clubs you go to, who you are and what you represent to chicks there, etc.

I'll tell you this, if you go to a club that is packed and you're out there with the rest of the herd without 2 square feet of space between you and the next person and there are a bunch of chicks there with their friends....odds are slim.

But if you're a fairly good looking dude and have some character about you the best thing is to catch some chicks eye and offer to buy her a drink. Of course, that doesn't guarantee anything other than getting you a couple of minutes to state your case.

The better thing to do is get bottle/table service and invite a couple of chicks to join you either outside the club or once you get inside.:2 cents:

Buying a few drinks for a few chicks on the chance one might listen to you is a little better than spending hundreds for bottle/table service.

There's 2 kinds of clubs that I frequent: live music and strip. I've never tried to pick up girls at a live music club because 99% of the times that I'm there I'm working, and the other 1% I'm there because I want to see the band. I've never picked up a girl per se at a strip club, though I've made friends and I've gotten happy endings in them. flylicker

well, I decked him in the face and had him thrown out lol. There was a bit of a scene but only because I didn't want him perving on other ladies the rest of the nite, or following me out to my car later.
