Seriously, I would be the greatest ruler of the world, and I can tell you why (briefly, as I'm nodding now as I've had TOO many Christmas Eve cocktails).

I would be standoffish: speaking as the ruler of the world, I would disband a centralized sort of government. I would honor all governmental boundaries as sovereign and independent. I would not interfere in affairs around the world like so many "leaders of the free world " (American Presidents) love to do. I believe in 'cultural relativism' very much. The concept makes sense to me, as barbaric as certain cultures still are today. I'me very much about personal responsibility. I'm for helping out the needy...given they show effort to improve their lot. I would allocate funding to help these people. I would be socially moderate and fiscally conservative, outside of helping the local individuals (my country/area/government) I can. I am almost a pacifist: live and let live/die. I can/will break it down further later but these cocktails (and couple long-distant cousins) left are holding me up for now.
