A sad day for music, that's for sure.

I saw him once, sometime around 80, or 81, at the Blossom Music Center. I was still in high school....I remember nothing.

I always liked "Long Haired Country Boy" from his 1974 album because Dickey Betts is playing dobro guitar.

The Blossom is a great place. I was there a few times in the late 80's.
