change time from 24h to 12h on profile

really? there should be a way to have it so that the time on the board can be switched between 24 and 12 h clocks

There isn't any way for the user to change it themselves...this is what it's set at in the master controls.

Perhaps in vBulletin 4 it allows users to set it between 24h and 12h.

If you're good at subtraction just take away 12 from the first number for the correct hour, I use a calculator personally

How I learned way back when (was a military brat) is 1pm is always 13:00.

So...

01:00 = 1am
02:00
03:00
04:00
05:00
06:00
07:00
08:00
09:00
10:00
11:00
12:00 = 12pm noon
13:00 = 1pm
14:00
15:00
16:00
17:00 = 5pm
18:00
19:00
20:00
21:00 = 9pm
22:00
23:00
00:00 = midnight

This is a hell of a lot less complicated than learning how to tell the time in dutch. ;-)

I was just searching around for how to change to 12 hour style time and found this.It used to be in 12 hour time ,just another reason to **** the new layout.:eek:

To be fair, the 24 hour clock came in a long time before the new layout.

Anyway, its still annoying compared to 12 hour time :hammer: :o
