The top lookthru allows view on the clock and the lower window allows to take and end calls

I'd go with one that covers both sides or whatever you call those booklet cases. Phone cases are only good for preventing minor scratches mostly anyway. Phone are likely going go to pieces when you actually drop them... Thought some older phones could survive even being flushed down from the toilet with minor replacement like battery and little screen polishing afterwards...

I'd kind of like something like that. In addition to having one place to carry the phone, my ID, a card or two and some cash, many of them will also act as a kickstand, so you can prop the phone at an angle and view the screen in landscape. And yeah, it would also protect the screen.

I prefer the Otter Box Commuter for my iPhone 6+. Not nearly as bulky as The Defender model, and it doesn't have that built-in screen garbage.
