As big a failure as Carter was in toto as a president I am surprised that he has the courage to open his mouth the way he does. Maybe it is because Bush is starting to make him look better in comparison. Still, he should keep his mouth shut and let the Bush administration sink itself. So far they are doing a great job of it with out his help.
