Can you recommend me a tool that I can use to make looped gifs from XXX videos?

Hey, I am sorry if that's a wrong place to ask, but I am really looking for that ;-;
I need a tool that allows to set two timestamps in porn vid and then previews it how it looks looped and then extracts it to mp4 so I can make gif later ;-;
I tried:
- Pornhub gif tool - it's a nightmare, there is no 'back' functionality working, timestamps can be full seconds only and not fractional parts, it also forces you to retype gif name every time
- some online tools - some of them were hard to use (for example, didnt refresh well, didnt allow to change timestamps quickly)
- other online tools - they had watermark/wants me to pay ;-;
So, what methods are you guys using to make a gifs? I know there is also a "Gficam" tool but it's bad, I want to cut MP4 first to make 5 seconds clip first.... then maybe gif... hmmm.

I've found a solution: LosslessCut-win-x64

The problem I run into is downloading the video I want to make a gif from. I've tried using ezvid to record the screen, but it's a pain in the ass.

No, use the youtube-dl or a browser plugin to get video, then get it into LosslessCut-win-x64, cut into some fragments and cut again and cut again into final gifs (because it's easier to choose starting point when vid is short)

or if you want to record screen use gifcam
