Nope, this isn't Brooke Banner. The girl here appeared years ago under the name Alaina on ultrawired.com and a few other websites.

Searchextreme lists four videos she did under that name, the personal description is very scarce: white, female, blonde, born in San Diego and two tattoos.

Looks like I was close on the name perhaps. That site lists her as "Alaina".
