Can the screen be changed to a different color?

Lot of WHITE in this. Freaking bright as hell... just wondering if there is an option to change the skin to a more neutral color. Seriously, this screen is extremely BRIGHT.

Altering the brightness of your monitor is probably your best option is you feel that its burning a hole through you retina.
