It seems, at least from my experience, that most cam girls are Russian. Why is this? My natural guess would be that most would be from the USA, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
Also, are cam girls able to shut out countries they do not wish to be seen in? For example, if a girl decides to do cam stuff and she's from the USA, can she be visible for every country BUT the USA (for fear of employer finding out or friends and ******)?
